BG Connect - Service Requests

BG Connect is the official App of the Village of Buffalo Grove, and enables residents to report non-emergency situations and make other service requests (potholes, noise complaints, tall grass and others) directly to the Village.
All communications are routed to the correct department during normal business hours, which are 8:00 a.m.
until 4:30 p.m.
Monday through Friday.
The requests will be responded to within 24 hours, and a notification will be sent when the situation is resolved.
For all emergency requests, please call 9-1-1.
